Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Last updated September 26, 2026

ISM Restaurant Services ("ISM", "we", "us") sends text messages to our restaurant customers about the service we provide at their location. This page explains what those messages are, how you agree to receive them, and how to stop them.

Program name and who sends it

ISM Service Notifications, sent by ISM Restaurant Services, 1010 Brock Creek Road, Delaware, AR 72835. Phone (800) 342-2986.

What we text you about

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you agree to receive texts (opt-in)

You agree to receive these texts when you, as a restaurant owner, manager or authorized contact, give ISM a mobile number for service notifications and agree to receive text messages. That happens when your account is set up with our office or your ISM service representative, or later by asking our office by phone or email. Giving us a number for another purpose does not sign you up for texts. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.

How often

How many messages you get depends on your service schedule. It is typically 1 to 4 messages per scheduled service visit.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. ISM does not charge for these messages.

How to stop (opt-out)

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you sign up again. You can also ask our office to stop texts by calling (800) 342-2986 or emailing admin@ism-restaurantservices.com. To start again, reply START.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (800) 342-2986 or admin@ism-restaurantservices.com.

Your mobile number is not shared

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers who deliver the messages for us.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your information.
