- Service records: visit dates, work performed, photos taken at your location as proof of service, signatures, invoices and payments.
- This website: this website does not use a contact form, does not ask you to sign in, and does not set its own tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operation. Pages with videos load them from YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To schedule and perform service at your location, and to contact you about it.
- To send appointment reminders and service notices by text or email, if you have agreed to receive them (see our Text Messaging Terms).
- To bill you, take payments and keep business records.
- To meet legal and tax requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our text messaging, email, payment, hosting and accounting providers, and only as needed to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls that limit who at ISM can see it.
Your choices
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to update or correct your contact information by contacting our office.
